Ocular Coherence Tomography (OCT)

An OCT scan helps us to observe the health of your eyes in much greater detail, by allowing us to see what changes are occurring beneath the surface of the eye.

OCT scans can help detect sight-threatening eye conditions earlier, and track changes.

We recommend OCT scans for patients aged 25 or over, who want to know more about their eye health.

Our hospital grade Heidelberg Spectralis OCT is offered for a small additional cost of £25.00 or is included free of charge to those on our Eyeplan eye care schemes.
